How to make multi-flavor bread

How to make multi-flavor bread

As competition becomes increasingly fierce, more and more people are working overtime, and they just eat whatever they want as a meal. If this continues for a long time, there may be problems with their health. In fact, the method of making multi-flavor bread is simple, and you might as well make it at home even if you have little time.

1. Mix all the raw materials except butter evenly, knead into a smooth dough, let the sugar ferment for half an hour, knead the softened butter into the dough, knead until it expands and a glove film can be pulled out. These two steps can be completed with the help of a food processor, which is relatively easy, otherwise it would be really tiring! There are so many recipes for basic bread dough, so I won’t go into detail, and the step-by-step photos don’t include this step!

2. After kneading the dough, place it in a warm place and let it rise until it doubles in size. Use your finger to poke a hole in the middle. After it rises again, take out the dough, deflate it and roll it into a thick rectangular sheet that is the same size as the baking tray.

3. Put the dough into the second to last layer of the oven, put a small basin of hot water at 50 to 60 degrees underneath, close the oven door, and allow for secondary fermentation. It usually takes about 45 minutes for the dough to double in size. After taking it out, use a fork to poke some small holes on the surface and brush it with egg liquid. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees during this process.

4. Place half of the shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped green onions (cut in advance), white sesame seeds, and bacon ham on the bread dough in turn, and place it in the middle layer of the preheated oven.

5. After baking for 15 minutes, take out and add another layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, green onions, and white sesame seeds. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until the sides turn golden brown.

6. In order to enrich the taste, I sprinkled some children's meat floss that my son likes to eat. It's also great to eat it directly?

7. Cut into small pieces with a knife when eating.

8. Or just tear it up and eat it

Multi-flavored bread is a dish suitable for novice women to make. Simple dishes can exercise people's unfamiliar skills and also allow them to study different cooking methods.
