How to make homemade braised noodles

Cooking can be a simple thing. Just pour the vegetables into the pot and stir-fry or boil them. But do you really like to eat such dishes? In order to make a good dish, you need to have fixed methods and techniques. So, let me teach you how to make homemade braised noodles.

1.1 Wash and cut beans into sections, cut meat into shreds, add soy sauce and pepper powder and marinate for a few minutes, and chop ginger, garlic and chili.

5. Add seasonings: dark soy sauce (mainly for coloring the noodles) - thirteen spices - chicken essence - salt and finally add appropriate amount of water (the amount of water depends on the noodles, just enough to mix the noodles). Wait until the water in the pot boils and then turn off the heat.

6. When the soup in the pot has cooled down, take out the vegetables so that you can mix them with the noodles later.

7. Take out the steamed noodles, shake them and let them cool.

8. Put the noodles into the soup and mix well, then add the vegetables and mix well. (Try to let the noodles absorb the soup before putting them into the steamer)

9. Evenly put the mixed noodles into the steamer, and finally put the vegetables on top, cover it and steam it on medium-low heat for 15 minutes (check whether there is enough water in the steamer when steaming the noodles for the second time, and add water as appropriate)

10. Take out the steamed noodles, shake them and they are ready to eat.

11. Braised noodles taste better with pickled garlic and chili sauce. Try it when you have time and share your new noodle making skills with your family:)
