1. Wash and slice the pumpkin and steam it in a steamer.

5. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough

11. Fold all of them into a square or long shape.

12. Then use a rolling pin to gently roll it into a thin layer.

13. Then put it in a warm place, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise for fifteen minutes, then put it in the steamer. Bring to a boil over high heat then turn to medium heat for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for five minutes.

14. Take it out, cut it into pieces and eat. Layer upon layer. Soft, delicious and nutritious
