How to make breaded shrimp

Shrimp is a delicious ingredient that many of our friends love to eat. There are actually many kinds of dishes made with shrimp. The recipe for breaded shrimp is actually a very simple way to fry shrimp.

Bread crumbs are made from toast bread. The toast bread must first be peeled, then sliced, and dried at a constant temperature. Finally, the dry bread slices are evenly crushed to get the bread crumbs we usually see.

Good breadcrumbs are a healthy bright white color. Consumers should avoid buying those that are yellow or brown. Low-quality breadcrumbs are usually made using traditional methods without completely removing the crust, which results in the finished product easily becoming burnt and tasting bitter when used to make fried foods.

How to use bread crumbs

1. Bread crumb fried shrimp

Ingredients: 8 shrimps, some breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, a pinch of salt

step:

1. Wash the shrimps, remove the shells and shrimp threads;

2. Cut all the shrimps in half along their backs, being careful not to cut them off;

3. Beat the eggs and add appropriate amount of salt;

4. Dip the processed shrimps in egg liquid;

5. Coat the shrimps covered with egg liquid evenly with bread crumbs;

6. Fry slowly over medium heat until the shrimp skin turns golden brown;

7. Use a filter spoon to filter out excess oil;

8. Serve and serve.

2. Steamed beef with bread crumbs

Ingredients: beef, bread crumbs, salt, sugar, cooking wine, five-spice powder, bean paste, olive oil, minced garlic and ginger

step:

1. Cut the beef into four cubes, add salt, sugar, cooking wine, five-spice powder, marinade sauce and mix well, then add onion, ginger, garlic and olive oil, mix well and marinate, and keep in the refrigerator overnight;

2. Coat each piece of beef evenly with a layer of bread crumbs and place them neatly in a steaming bowl;

3. Steam in a pressure cooker. After high steam comes out, switch to medium heat and steam for half an hour, then turn off the heat. When the steam is released, take it out, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
