How to make homemade pasta

A reasonable diet is the only way for us to maintain good health. Many people neglect their diet due to their busy work, which is actually wrong. In fact, cooking by ourselves does not take up too much of our time. It is easy to make homemade pasta and it is easy to learn even without any basic knowledge.

1. Make a cross cut on the surface of the tomato and blanch it in boiling water to make it easier to peel.

2. The skin will come off just by peeling it gently.

3. Cut a tomato into dices and use a food processor to squeeze it into juice.

4. Dice onions, mushrooms, green peppers and ham and prepare the pasta.

5. Pour a little olive oil into the pan.

6. Add mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Pour in half of the onion, green pepper and ham cubes, stir-fry until fragrant and set aside.

8. Wash the pot and melt the butter.

9. Add the remaining onion pieces and stir-fry until fragrant.

10. Add tomato pieces and stir-fry.

11. Add salt, chicken essence, sugar and black pepper and stir-fry evenly.

12. Pour in the squeezed tomato sauce.

13. Pour the fried mushrooms, ham and diced onions in and cook over high heat until the soup is cooked.

14. When the soup becomes thick, you can turn off the heat.

15. Boil a pot of water, add the pasta and a spoonful of salt.

16. Pasta is hard to cook. I cooked it for 15 minutes.

17. Rinse the cooked noodles with cold water and drain.

18. Pour in a little olive oil and stir to prevent sticking.

19. Serve on a plate, add the fried sauce, sprinkle with crushed black pepper and you can eat.
