Method 1:

2. Beat the eggs into a bowl without stirring.

3. Sprinkle a little dried shrimp. Dried shrimp contains salt and has the fresh taste of seafood, so there is no need to add any seasoning.

4. Put the bowl containing the eggs into the microwave. To prevent the eggs from splashing, you can put a lid on it.

5. Set the microwave to medium heat and heat for 2 minutes.
