How to cook sea bass steamed edamame

The recipe of steamed sea bass with edamame is extremely simple. You can easily make it when you get home from get off work. Paired with fragrant white rice, it is truly one of the most delicious foods in the world.

1. Prepare the ingredients. Choose a sea bass that is a little over one pound, not too big.

2. Wash the fish in advance. Sea bass does not have much internal organs, so it is easy to clean. Make three cuts on both sides of the fish's back, insert ginger slices, put ginger slices in the fish's belly, and rub salt all over the fish twice.

3. Wash the edamame and spread it on a plate

4. Put the fish on the edamame, sprinkle two spoons of salt on the edamame, then pour in cooking wine and appropriate amount of water.
