How to make hot and sour noodles

Learning to cook some common home-cooked dishes and cooking at home can make your family warm. Even if we are busy, we'd better cook at home often. We can cook some simpler dishes. The method of making hot and sour noodles is relatively simple. Even if you are not a good cook, you don't have to worry about not being able to learn it.

1. Prepare the ingredients (any noodles according to your taste will do)

2. Take a soup bowl and add appropriate amount of chili oil (my family makes chili peanut butter, spicy and flavorful), vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and chicken essence to season.

3. Put water in the pot and bring it to a boil. Use an appropriate amount of boiling water to mix the seasoning in step 2 into the base soup for the hot and sour noodles.

4. Then boil the noodles, crack an egg in and simmer for two to three minutes (the hardness of the noodles depends on your taste). Then add the cleaned vegetables and cook until they are cooked.

5. Pour the cooked ingredients from the pot into the bowl in step 3.

6. Add appropriate amount of coriander and chopped green onion to enhance the flavor according to your preference

Eating well is a prerequisite for maintaining health. Although hot and sour noodles are simple to make, they are delicious and healthy, and are a common delicacy on the table.
