Chinese people have always been particular about food. How well one eats is often linked to a person's living standard. We should not deal with three meals a day casually. 1. Soak glutinous rice and black rice in water overnight.

2. Drain the glutinous rice and black rice and mix them evenly.

3. Steam in a steamer for 30 minutes

4. Put the black sesame seeds into the pot and fry for five minutes.

5. Crush it with flour

6. Pour black sesame seeds into the steamed black rice bowl, then pour in honey and stir evenly.

7. Roll into a round shape and place on a plate
