Some people say that wild fungus is better. In fact, according to relevant research data, some nutritional parts of wild fungus are higher than cultivated fungus.

Such as the fat content, crude protein content, and total sugar content. However, the crude fiber and iron content in artificially cultivated fungus are higher than those in wild fungus.

Therefore, it seems that both have their pros and cons, but the price of wild fungus is much higher than that of artificially cultivated fungus, and there is no need for everyone to choose wild fungus.

There is another practice that everyone should pay attention to. There are some plants that look like wood ear on the trees on the roadside. Everyone should never eat this kind of food because the safety factor is not very high. Due to the environment and some other reasons, it is easy to get food poisoning after eating it.

Some people also say that eating fresh fungus will cause poisoning?

This is mainly because fresh fungus contains a special substance called porphyrin, which is a photosensitive substance. If you eat fresh fungus and then go out under strong sunlight, your body will produce some uncomfortable reactions, such as itchy skin and red bumps.

In fact, there are some other factors that people have not taken into consideration, namely porphyrins. Not everyone reacts to this substance. Secondly, a large amount of intense sunlight is required. For modern people, if the sunlight is very strong, they will not let themselves be exposed to the sun. Not only will they apply a lot of sunscreen, but they will also wear hats or hold parasols.

Therefore, this phenomenon is very rare, and the saying that fresh fungus can cause poisoning does not exist. However, compared with fresh fungus, this substance will be lost in dried fungus after being dried and soaked. If you are really worried, you can eat dried fungus.

But for dried black fungus, some people also said that if it is soaked for a long time, it will not work and may even cause poisoning. Is this true?

In fact, it depends on the situation. If you store black fungus at high temperature, even if it has been soaked for a long time, the black fungus itself will not produce toxins, but it is likely to be infected by some harmful molds or bacteria. Eating such black fungus may cause some adverse reactions.

But if you are at high temperatures and pay attention to storage, such as wrapping the fungus with plastic wrap and putting it in the refrigerator in time, this will eliminate the possibility of bacteria and mold, and the fungus will be completely safe to eat.

There is another situation. If you find that the fungus you have soaked smells or has signs of deterioration, it means that there is a problem with the fungus itself. You should not eat it to avoid unnecessary trouble to your health.
