Add appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and sesame oil into the soup. 11. Rinse the steamed noodles in the prepared soup and immediately put them into the wok. 12. Place the remaining red pepper shreds, green onion leaves, garlic sprouts, and coriander stems on the noodles. Pour the remaining soup in the container along the edge of the pot. Cover the pot and cook over high heat until steam comes out. Turn to the lowest setting and simmer for five minutes. 13. When you hear a sizzling sound in the pot, it means the water has dried up. Turn off the heat, open the lid, and mix the vegetables and noodles evenly. 14. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with coriander leaves.
