How to make mushroom and bean stewed noodles

Although eating in a restaurant can satisfy our appetite, it is also easy to ingest unhealthy things that have a certain impact on the body. Therefore, if conditions permit, it is recommended to go to the vegetable market to buy some ingredients and make it yourself. The method of stewing noodles with mushrooms and green beans is very simple and the purchase of ingredients is also very convenient.

1. Prepare all the ingredients, wash them, and soak the dried mushrooms.

2. Cut the lean meat into shreds, add soy sauce and cooking wine, and marinate for ten minutes. Cut the soaked mushrooms into shreds, cut beans, peppers, shallots, garlic sprouts, coriander, etc. into sections, and cut the ginger into shreds for later use.

3. Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil.

4. Apply a little oil on the fresh noodles, put them into the steamer, and after the water boils, steam them in the pot for about 15-20 minutes.

5. Put oil in a wok, add garlic, dried chili peppers, shredded ginger, star anise and peppercorns when the oil is hot and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add the marinated lean meat and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Put it into a container and set aside.

7. Put oil in a wok, add half of the scallions, garlic sprouts and all the Hunan peppercorns when the oil is hot, and stir-fry until fragrant.

8. Add shredded mushrooms and fried shredded pork, and stir-fry to bring out the aroma of mushrooms and meat.

9. Add appropriate amounts of beans, salt and thirteen spices. When the beans are cooked, pour in 500 ml of boiling water, cover the pot and wait for the water to boil.

10. After the water boils, scoop out two-thirds of the soup and reduce the heat to simmer. Add appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and sesame oil into the soup.

11. Rinse the steamed noodles in the prepared soup and immediately put them into the wok.

12. Place the remaining red pepper shreds, green onion leaves, garlic sprouts, and coriander stems on the noodles. Pour the remaining soup in the container along the edge of the pot. Cover the pot and cook over high heat until steam comes out. Turn to the lowest setting and simmer for five minutes.

13. When you hear a sizzling sound in the pot, it means the water has dried up. Turn off the heat, open the lid, and mix the vegetables and noodles evenly.

14. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with coriander leaves.

Eating out frequently can cause us to consume too much seasoning, which is bad for our health. The method of stewed noodles with mushrooms and beans is simple and requires very little seasoning.
