How to make hamburger dough (handmade dough)

The method of making hamburger buns (handmade dough) is relatively simple. Even if you don’t cook often, you can master it through simple learning.

1. Prepare the necessary materials.

2. Remove the butter and put everything else into a bowl. Stir evenly with chopsticks and start kneading the dough manually.

3. Knead for half an hour, add butter and continue kneading.

4. Knead the dough for an hour until it forms a film like this.

5. After the film comes out, knead it into dough and put it in a bowl to ferment until it is 2.5 times larger.

6. Poke the dough with your finger; if it does not shrink or rebound, it is ready.

7. Take it out and knead it a few times to release the air in the dough, then divide it into 5 portions.

8. Crumble it and put it in the paper tray.

9. Brush the top with egg liquid and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

10. Ferment until the box is full or twice as large. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes.

11. The delicious burgers are out of the oven!
