How to make fried chive boxes

Many people neglect their diet because they are too busy at work and just deal with it casually. The method of pan-fried leek dumplings does not take too much time and can be completed in just a few simple steps.

1. Prepare the main ingredients, auxiliary ingredients and seasonings, eggs, cooking wine, salad oil, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili noodles, MSG, and fine salt.

2. Beat the eggs and mix well.

3. Heat the pan with cold oil, pour the egg liquid into the pan and let it set slightly, then stir with chopsticks.

4. Beat the eggs into small pieces.

5. Serve and set aside.

6. Prepare the chives, rinse them with clean water and cut them into pieces.

7. Prepare 6 soaked sea cucumbers, rinse them with clean water and drain them.

8. Cut the sea cucumber into small pieces.

9. Soak the dried shrimps in cold water for a while to remove the salt, then remove and drain.

10. Chop the green onion and ginger and put them into the sea cucumber bowl.

11. Add the chopped eggs.

12. Add dried shrimps and salad oil and start seasoning.

13. Add pepper powder.

14. Add light soy sauce.

15. Add oyster sauce.

16. Add salt and MSG.

17. Stir well.

18. Add the chopped chives and mix well. The filling is ready.

19. Mix the dough with hot water and knead it into hot dough.

20. Knead into strips.

21. Pinch the dough into balls, about twice the size of dumpling balls.

22. Roll into dough.

23. Put the filling into the center of the dough.

24. Fold and pinch the dough with your right hand.

25. Pinch into wrinkles.

26. Pinch the end into a crescent shape and the chive box is ready.

27. Arrange them neatly on the bamboo curtain and set aside.

28. Prepare a non-stick frying pan and heat it up. Add a little salad oil, put in the chive dumplings and start frying.

29. Fry one side until golden brown.

30. Turn over and fry the other side. Pour a little cold water into the pot, cover the pot and simmer on low heat for a while. When the water is almost dry, open the lid and continue frying until golden brown, then turn off the heat. It’s similar to pan-fried shengjianbao.

31. Remove from the pan and serve.
