How to cook diced mutton and yam

In fact, the recipe of diced lamb and yam is simple, and this dish is rich in nutrients, making it one of the most recommended dishes.

1. Soak the mutton in water for about 15 minutes to remove the blood, then wash it clean and cut it into pieces of about 45 grams.

2. Add water to the pot and put the mutton into the pot with cold water. After the water boils, cook the mutton until it is 80% cooked and then take it out.

3. Let the mutton cool slightly and cut into small pieces.

4. Peel the yam, wash it, cut it into cubes and soak it in water to prevent oxidation (the size should be about the same as the mutton).

5. Chop green onions and ginger.

6. Wash the coriander, remove the stems, and then cut into coriander pieces.

7. Heat the pan, add oil and pour the mixture from step 5 into the pan and stir-fry until fragrant.

8. Pour in step 3 and stir-fry.

9. Add 1 spoon of five-spice powder and pepper powder to the pot in step 8, then stir-fry evenly.

10. After stir-frying evenly in step 9, add a little Vinda soy sauce and an appropriate amount of drinking water (adding drinking water is to prevent sticking to the pan) and continue stir-frying.

11. Put the yam in step 4 into the pot in step 10, then add a little drinking water and stir-fry.

12. Stir-fry the yam until it is 80% cooked, add 1 spoon of salt and stir-fry evenly, then remove from the pan.

13. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped coriander from step 6 before serving.

The taste of the mutton and yam dish gives a shock to the taste buds at the first bite, making people unable to help but take a second bite. This is the unique charm of this dish.
