Remove the core of the apples and cut into flower slices; 3. Heat a frying pan, add oil, pour the egg mixture into the pan and fry over low heat; 4. Place the apple slices on the omelette, turn it over and fry when the bottom is cooked, then serve.

Baked pumpkin with egg yolk. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, and cut into long strips; add some salt to boiling water, put the pumpkin strips into the water and cook until done, then remove from the water and drain; pour a little oil into the pot, add the salted egg yolks, and stir clockwise with the back of a spatula, but do not overheat the oil; after the egg yolks are broken into pieces, pour the drained pumpkin strips in and stir-fry until the pumpkin strips are evenly dipped in the salted egg yolks; finally, serve on a plate and garnish with a little coriander.
