How to make clam liver

Some people say that whether a family is harmonious is related to whether the family members get together to eat. The method of cooking clams and pork liver is very simple and can indirectly allow the family to live together better.

1. Cut the pork liver into thin slices, add starch, soy sauce, cooking wine and black pepper and marinate for a while

2. Wash the clams and set aside

3. Heat the oil in a pan, add minced garlic, shredded ginger and bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant

4. Stir-fry the clams for a while, then add soy sauce, cooking wine and a little water and simmer for one minute

5. Cook until all the clams open their mouths, then add salt and appropriate amount of sugar to adjust the taste

6. Put the fried clams into a plate and set aside

7. Heat the oil again and add minced garlic and shredded ginger to sauté until fragrant

8. Stir-fry the pork liver for a while. When it is cooked, add salt and appropriate amount of sugar to adjust the taste.

9. Place on top of the clams and garnish with red pepper and coriander (for those who like spicy food, you can add pepper when you stir-fry the clams and pork liver separately)

Remember to control the heat when cooking clams and pork liver, otherwise it will easily stick to the pan and affect the color of the food, thus affecting everyone's appetite. Just add some chili and sour vinegar according to your personal taste.
