How to make tofu skin, cabbage and pork stuffed buns

Are you always excited when you see exquisite dishes? Unfortunately, I am not good at cooking and time permits. The method of making tofu skin, Chinese cabbage and pork buns is simple and can solve your troubles. The preparation method is not difficult, but it can allow you to enjoy the fun of delicious food and the experience brought by the taste.

1. Find a clean bowl, use appropriate amount of warm water to dissolve the yeast powder, mix well, add a little salt and then add 3 bowls of flour to make dough.

2. Cover with a lid and wait for fermentation.

3. Prepare the fillings. Soak the dried tofu skin in water and wash it clean. Wash the Chinese cabbage and blanch it in hot water to remove excess water and set aside.

4. When the dough has fermented for about 2 hours and is twice as large as the dough just kneaded, it is considered to be fermented.

5. Chop all the fillings into small pieces, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, oil, salt, thirteen spices and soy sauce, mix well and set aside.

6. Knead the dough several times and shape it into bun skins.

7. Add appropriate amount of fillings into the wrapper.

8. Wrap it into your favorite bun shape.

9. Pour cold water into the pot, cover it with a lid and let it ferment for about 20 minutes, then turn on high heat to start steaming the buns.

10. It will be cooked after steaming for about 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for one minute, then open the lid immediately.

11. Serve on a plate.

Although restaurants provide us with convenience, they still have many shortcomings. It is better to make it ourselves. Tofu skin, Chinese cabbage and pork stuffing buns are easy to make, nutritious and healthy.
