4. Put the cut pumpkin into a bowl and steam it in a pot for 30 minutes.

9. Add glutinous rice flour and flour. Stir with chopsticks.

10. Then knead evenly with your hands.

11. Take a small portion, roll it into a ball with your hands, and then flatten it. It is best to press the pumpkin pancakes thinner so that they are easier to fry.

12. Put it in the prepared sesame seeds and stick sesame seeds on both sides. (After sticking the sesame seeds, press them down slightly with your hands to make the sesame seeds and pumpkin cake fit well together, so that not too many sesame seeds will fall out when frying later.)

13. Wash the pot and wipe off the water in the pot with paper. Note: Do not get any utensils wet.

14. Heat the pot over low heat and add oil.

15. When the oil is hot, you can put the pumpkin sesame cake in. (Don't wait until the oil starts to smoke, it will be too hot)
