How to make carrot and egg buns

Carrot and egg buns are a very common dish, but this dish can be eaten in many different ways, and the various cooking methods can bring different stimulations to the vision and taste buds. It looks very delicious. If you like it with a light flavor, it is also very delicious without adding chili. If you like it with a strong flavor, you can add more chili. I hope it tastes delicious.

1. Prepare the ingredients, soak the yeast in warm water to melt it, and add appropriate amount of milk powder and sugar to the flour!

2. Pour in the soaked yeast and stir evenly with chopsticks!

3. Knead into dough, cover with plastic wrap, and wait for fermentation for about an hour!

4. During this time, let’s prepare the filling! Chop the carrots, ginger, garlic, and onions, peel the tomatoes and cut them into larger pieces, and mix the eggs well!

5. Put a proper amount of oil in the pan, put the eggs in and fry them into pancakes, add carrots, tomatoes, garlic and ginger and stir-fry for two minutes, add proper amount of salt, light soy sauce and pepper! Let cool and set aside!

6. After about an hour, the dough will have doubled in size and can be kneaded!

7. Knead and knead for about twenty minutes. When it is almost kneaded, it should be as hard as possible to cut with a knife. It is best if there are no holes.

8. Roll it into a long strip!

9. Use a knife to cut the dough into small pieces!

10. Flatten it into a round shape with your hands!

11. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into thin round slices! My technique is not good, it’s not very round!

12. Start wrapping the fillings. This depends on personal technique! My technique is not very good either!

13. The wrinkles I made don’t look good!

14. Wrap everything up and let it sit for about fifteen minutes! Carry out secondary fermentation!

15. Put it in the steamer and steam for about fifteen minutes! Don’t take it out immediately after steaming, wait five minutes!
