1. After kneading the dough, I let it rest for about two hours, during which time you can prepare the filling.

2. Wash the beans and cook them in water, then take them out and cut them into dices for later use.

3. You need two pieces of beef cubes like this. Cut them into small pieces after cooking.

4. Chop the beef into small pieces.

5. Mix the chopped beans and beef together

6. Add seasoning, one and a half spoons of salt, one spoon of sesame oil, half a spoon of soy sauce, and half a spoon of chicken essence. Note that the spoon should be the size of the spoon we usually use for eating. Stir well.

7. After the noodles have risen, cut them into small pieces like this. The size can be adjusted according to your preference.

8. Then roll the small pieces into dough and prepare to wrap them.

10. After wrapping, you can steam it. Steam it for fifteen minutes after the water boils.
