How to make bitter melon stuffed with meat

For many people, eating healthy is not easy. In fact, there are many home-cooked dishes that are very simple and not as difficult as some people think. For example, the method of stuffing bitter gourd with meat is very simple. As long as you master the method, the dish you make is not inferior to some delicacies from land and sea.

1. Wash the bitter gourd, remove both ends, and cut into 1 cm segments.

2. Use a stainless steel spoon to scoop out the white flesh of the bitter melon segments one by one.

4. Chop ginger and green onion

5. Chop the meat into pieces and put them in a bowl. Add a little starch, cooking wine, salt, minced ginger, chopped green onion, and chicken essence. Use chopsticks to stir in a clockwise direction until the tendons are formed.

6. Use a small spoon to scoop out the minced meat and put it into the bitter melon segments one by one

7. Add water to the pot and put the steamer on it. Put the brewed bitter melon and the plate on the steamer. Cover the pot and steam over high heat for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat.

8. When the time is up, open the lid of the pot. As shown in the picture, this is the steamed stuffed bitter gourd.

9. Put the product on a plate. Drizzle some sesame oil and garnish with wolfberries to make it beautiful.

This dish is edible for most people, including the elderly, children, and women. However, those who suffer from gastrointestinal discomfort should eat less. Although delicious food is tasty, don't be greedy.
