How to make corn buns

The increasing pressure at work makes many people unwilling to cook for themselves. Of course, it is also related to the difficulty of cooking. In fact, not all dishes require complicated processes. There are many delicious home-cooked dishes that are very simple to make, such as the method of making corn buns.

1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and pour it into the flour, then knead into a smooth dough.

2. Ferment until it is twice as large

4. Cut ginger into pieces

5. Mix the eggs, chopped green onions, ginger, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, thirteen spices, cooking wine, starch and minced meat evenly.

6. Take a small portion of the dough, knead it to release the air, then cut it into equal portions and roll it into a dough sheet that is thick in the middle and thin on the four sides.

7. Wrap the fillings.

8. Pinch and close the edges.

9. Place corn husks on the bottom of the raw buns and place them in a steamer for a second proofing.

10. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and steam for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and steam for seven or eight minutes before opening the lid.

If you want to be healthy, you can't be lazy. Making a few delicious dishes at home is one of the greatest things in the world. Corn buns are simple to make and the ingredients are easy to obtain, so you might as well eat more of them.
