How to make steamed vermicelli with enoki mushrooms and garlic

Cooking is not a difficult thing. As long as you learn how to make this garlic-flavored steamed enoki mushroom with vermicelli, you can easily conquer your family's taste buds. This dish uses the steaming method to allow diners to feel the deliciousness of the ingredients. Seasonings can be added according to your own taste to cook your own dishes.

1. Cut off the head of the enoki mushroom

2. Tear the enoki mushrooms, wash and drain

3. Soak the vermicelli for a few minutes in advance

4. Prepare the chopped pepper and garlic

5. Place the soaked vermicelli on a plate first

6. Then place the enoki mushrooms on top of the vermicelli.

7. Put appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring to a boil. Steam the enoki mushrooms.

8. Steam over high heat for about 6 to 7 minutes.

9. Heat some oil in another pot, add the minced garlic and chopped pepper and sauté until fragrant.

10. Pour the sautéed chopped pepper and garlic over the steamed enoki mushrooms and stir evenly when eating.
