How to make delicious broccoli

Tips

Ginger has the effect of removing fishy smell. Marinating shrimps with light soy sauce in advance can enhance the flavor. Sprinkling some salt on the blanched broccoli can make it more evenly flavored. When blanching green vegetables, add oil to the water and rinse with cold water after taking them out, all to keep the color green.
