How to make sorghum oatmeal steamed buns

Whether you eat well or not is often directly related to your health. If we want to have a healthy body, we can't just go out to restaurants to eat on weekdays to satisfy ourselves. The method of making sorghum oatmeal steamed buns is simple. As long as you spend a little time to learn, you can soon make a delicious dish at home.

1. Put sorghum flour, millet flour and oatmeal in a bowl.

2. Use warm water to brew yeast powder (I forgot to take a photo of this step), add the yeast powder and water into the basin in batches, and stir until it becomes flocculent.

3. Knead the dough into a relatively smooth dough and put it in a warm place to ferment.

4. After a night of fermentation, the dough expands significantly. If you poke a hole in the dough with your hand and it does not shrink, it means the fermentation is successful.

5. Put the dough on the chopping board and knead it to release the air.

6. Roll into a long strip

7. Use a knife to cut the dough into equal sizes

8. Slightly regularize the four sides of the dough and ferment for 15 minutes

9. Put the pot in cold water, put the wet cloth on the steamer, turn off the heat after the water boils for 35 minutes, and open the lid after 5 minutes.

10. Serve

Although restaurants provide us with convenience, they still have many shortcomings. It is better to make it ourselves. Sorghum oatmeal flower steamed buns are easy to make, nutritious and healthy.
