1. Wash and peel the white radish

2. Cut into thin slices and then into strips as shown

3. Put it on a larger plate

4. Mix the salt well

5. Seal with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.

6. Chop the ginger, garlic, onion and red pepper and set aside.

7. Heat the pan and add oil

8. Turn off the heat when the oil is 80% hot

9. Pour the hot oil over the chopped onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper.

10. Take out the pickled shredded radish from the refrigerator and open the plastic wrap. The radish will release a lot of water.

11. Drain the radish and place on a plate

12. Don’t throw away the radish water

13. Add pepper, sugar and white vinegar to the radish water and mix well.

14. Pour the mixed radish water into the onion, ginger and garlic

15. Mix well and add some sesame oil

16. Pour the mixed seasoning onto the shredded radish.

17. Sprinkle some cooked white sesame seeds and serve.
