How to make wild rice stem and tofu dumplings

Many office workers choose to eat out for three meals a day. After all, they are tired from work and it is not easy to cook for themselves. In fact, the method of making茭白 and dried tofu dumplings is very simple, and this dish is rich in nutrition. Office workers can eat delicious food and live healthier as long as they overcome a little difficulty.

1. Chop the prepared dried tofu and wild rice stem into small pieces and set aside.

2. Chop the chicken breast into small pieces (add some wine and water when chopping to make it more flavorful and easier to chop)

3. Add some salt and MSG to the chopped ingredients and let it sit for 5 minutes until the flavor is absorbed.

4. Wrap it and put it in the pot. If you can’t finish it, put it on a plate and put it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Put it in a fresh-keeping bag. Next time you want to eat it, just take it out and boil it in boiling water.
