1. After the steamed rice has cooled, beat in the eggs and place in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours.

2. Wash and cut the asparagus into small pieces, soak and chop the squid, and dice the bell pepper and tofu for later use.

3. Stir the rice and egg liquid evenly, then add light soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of salt.

4. Cut the green onion into shreds.

5. Heat the pan with oil and add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add diced bamboo shoots and stir-fry for 1 minute.

7. Pour in the diced bell pepper and stir-fry until 70% cooked.

8. Pour in the diced squid and diced tofu, stir-fry for a while, then add 1 teaspoon of salt.

9. Pour in the rice and stir-fry, pressing while stirring.

10. When the food is almost cooked, add the remaining salt and continue to stir-fry.

11. After frying until the grains are separated, put them into a container and press and smooth them.

12. Place it upside down on a plate.

The dish of fried asparagus and squid is simple to make and suitable for people who are busy at work every day. It only takes a few minutes and does not require superb cooking skills to make delicious dishes and enjoy the touch of food.
