How to make chive and wild vegetable (green Guangdong) pie

20. Cut the dough into evenly sized pieces.

21. Roll the dough into a thick inner layer and a thin outer layer.

23. Wrap into buns

24. Flatten gently with your hands

25. Use a brush to evenly brush a layer of vegetable oil on the pan.

26. Add the stuffed cakes one by one

27. Brush a layer of vegetable oil on the side of the pie facing up.

28. After frying one side, turn it over and fry the other side.

29. After both sides are cooked, serve.
