1. Squeeze the spinach into juice and set aside. Weigh 400g of dumpling flour, add 200g of spinach juice and knead into dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.

2. Take a piece of dough and roll it into a long and flat oval, cut it into small pieces, flatten it, and roll it into round dumpling skins.

3. Chop all the ingredients and mix them together to make dumpling fillings

4. Put the filling on the dumpling skin, fold it in half, pinch it in the middle, put the index fingers of both hands together, put the dumpling on the index fingers, push the index fingers with both thumbs, squeeze with both hands, and wrap it with the larger side in the middle facing outwards.

5. Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Put the dumplings into the boiling water and cook them until the dumplings float up. Remove from the pot.

You can eat more green dumplings in summer, but some people don’t like too cold food. You can heat it up before eating. It has very high nutritional value and can supplement various nutrients needed by the human body.
