1. The red bean paste filling is prepared in advance and divided into 28 portions. You can also buy ready-made ones and add sugar according to personal preference. Knead the dough and shortcrust ingredients into dough separately. After proofing for half an hour, divide them into 28 equal portions.

2. Take one portion of oil skin and wrap one portion of oil pastry;

3. Pinch the top tightly like making dumplings;

4. With the seam facing downward, press it slightly;

5. Let it rest for 10 minutes after it is done; take out one portion and spread it;

6. Roll up from top to bottom;

7. After everything is done, spread it out and roll it up according to this method;

8. Take one portion, press it down from the middle, and bring both ends toward the middle;

9. Pinch and flatten the edges so that the edges face upwards;

10. Open it and take out a bean paste filling;

11. Pinch it tightly like making a dumpling, with the seam facing downwards;

12. Do all of them in order;

13. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds;

14. Preheat the oven in advance and bake at 170 degrees for about 25 minutes until the color is even.

15. It tastes better when eaten hot!
