How to make Chinese knot

For many people, eating healthy is not easy. In fact, there are many home-cooked dishes that are very simple and not as difficult as some people think. For example, it is very simple to make Chinese knots. As long as you master the method, the dish you make is not inferior to some delicacies from land and sea.

1. Peel and clean the pumpkin, cut into pieces and steam until cooked.

4. Add appropriate amount of sugar to the steamed pumpkin and mash it into paste

5. Pour in flour and yeast water to make a smooth dough and ferment for about 1 hour

12. Pass the two left lines over the two upper lines, pass them through the circle below, and tighten them, as shown in the picture.

16. Put the pot in cold water, steam on medium heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat, simmer for 5 minutes and then uncover.
