How to make blood tofu with oyster sauce

It is nice to eat at home usually and go out to eat occasionally to change the taste, but now some people do just the opposite, they always eat out usually and cook for themselves occasionally. In fact, this eating habit is very unhealthy. The method of blood tofu with oyster sauce is simple, and you can make it at home even if you have limited time.

1. Wash and slice the blood tofu!

2. Preheat the electric baking pan, add a small amount of cooking oil and fry the tofu on both sides until it changes color!

3. After frying, serve and set aside!

4. Heat the pan with cold oil. When the oil is 70% hot, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant!

5. Pour in the blood tofu, stir-fry quickly for one minute, add oyster sauce and light soy sauce!

6. Stir-fry evenly until the flavor is absorbed, sprinkle with chopped green onions again and serve!
