How to cook braised duck wings and duck feet (soy sauce version)

1. Prepare the ingredients, soak the duck wings and duck feet in light salt water for 30 minutes, wash and set aside.

2. Smash the garlic and slice the ginger.

3. Boil water in a pot, add a few cloves of garlic and a few slices of ginger, and blanch the duck wings and duck feet.

4. Remove and drain.

5. Take a casserole and put in a few slices of ginger and garlic.

6. Add duck feet and duck wings, and add salt, soy sauce, sesame oil and dark soy sauce.

7. Stir well and marinate for 20 minutes.

8. After marinating, add water. Turn to medium-high heat, and then turn to low heat and marinate for 35 minutes.

9. After 35 minutes, turn off the heat. Don't rush to take out the duck wings and duck feet, let them soak in the pot for 30 minutes.

After 10 to 30 minutes, remove from the dish and place on a plate, then you can start eating!
