How to make clam bitter melon soup

Everyone knows that diet is particularly important for health. If you want to be healthy, you should pay more attention to your diet on a daily basis. It is best to cook at home. In fact, many home-cooked dishes are not only delicious but also easy to make. For example, the recipe of clam and bitter melon soup is not difficult. You just need to put in a little effort and spend some time.

2. Remove the seeds and white part of the bitter gourd, wash it, and slice it (see the size in the picture below)

3. Cut the clam into two halves (do not cut into pieces)

4. Remove the black here and wash it with water

5. Use a vegetable basket to place it upside down (see the picture below) to remove moisture

6. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a little oil, and then cook the bitter melon slices for more than ten minutes. (Don’t add too much oil, two drops of oil will prevent the bitter melon from turning yellow.)

7. After the bitter melon is cooked, add the clams, some chicken essence and salt, and boil them all together. (Just boil them as soon as the clams are added. If you cook them too long, the clam meat will fall out.)

8. Drink a bowl of water first if you want to cleanse your mouth
