How to make minced meat and spicy small potatoes

The method of making minced meat and spicy potato is simple. If you don’t want to eat too much seasoning, you might as well learn to make it at home.

1. Wash the potatoes, without peeling them, and cut them into half. This will make it more flavorful when cooked.

2. Wipe the surface of the small potatoes dry and fry them in a pan over medium heat until golden brown. Remove from the oil and set aside.

3. Prepare the soybean paste and mix well with a little water. Chop the meat into minced meat and set aside. Tear the green onion into shreds and set aside.

4. Leave some oil in the pan for frying potatoes, add the minced meat over warm oil and low heat and stir-fry until it changes color.

5. Pour the soybean paste into the pot and stir well.

6. Add the fried potatoes into the pan and stir well. Because I bought Korean paste, which has a lighter taste and yellower color, I added two tablespoons of light soy sauce and one spoon of sugar to make the color more attractive and beautiful. You can also directly buy Northeastern soybean paste and skip this step.

7. Pour water into the pot until it is level with the potatoes, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium-low heat for about ten minutes.

8. Wait until the soup thickens and the potatoes are well seasoned, then turn off the heat. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, stir well and serve.

9. Let’s eat the very tempting small potatoes with sauce!
