Failed assorted potato pancakes recipe

1. Peel the potatoes and make some scratches on them with a knife. Be careful not to cut the potatoes into chunks.

2. Wrap the potatoes with plastic wrap, put them in the microwave, and cook on high heat for about 10 minutes. If the potatoes are not soft, you can increase the time appropriately.

3. Put the steamed potatoes into a bowl and mash them with a wooden stick that you usually use to mash garlic. Mash several times until the potatoes become very sticky.

4. Dice the carrots and mushrooms, and wash the peas for later use.

5. Boil a pot of water, add diced carrots, diced mushrooms and peas, and immediately remove them from the water after they are cooked.

6. After cooling, remove and drain

7. Add appropriate amount of carrot cubes, mushroom cubes and peas into the mashed potatoes, add a small amount of flour and mix well.

8. I use a piece of mineral water bottle as a mold to make potato pancakes from mashed potatoes.

9. Add some oil and fry the potato cakes until both sides are golden brown and then place them on a plate. Because I didn’t fry them well, I added a little more oil and made mashed potatoes.
