Garlic beans is a home-cooked recipe. The main ingredients are garlic and beans. The taste is fragrant and the cooking method is stir-frying.

Ingredients: 250g beans

Ingredients: some minced garlic, some corn, some cooking oil, some salt

practice:

1Wash and cut the beans into sections, mince the garlic, and set aside a small amount of corn kernels.

2Pour oil into the pot.

3 When the oil is 70% hot, sauté the minced garlic.

4 Add the beans and stir-fry.

5 Pour in a small amount of water, stir-fry until the beans turn green, and slightly cover the pot.

6 Pour in corn kernels and stir-fry for two minutes. Add appropriate amount of salt and serve.

Green beans are rich in protein and various amino acids. Regular consumption can strengthen the spleen and stomach and increase appetite. Eating more beans in summer can help relieve heat and cleanse the mouth. Carob seeds can activate lymphocytes of cancer patients and produce immune antibodies, which have very specific damaging and inhibitory effects on cancer cells, that is, they have anti-tumor effects.
