How to make leek and meat dumplings

1. Add water to the flour and knead it into a smooth surface that does not stick to your hands. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for a while.

2. Start making the filling while the dough is resting. Add the seasonings in 1. to the meat filling, pour in cold water while mixing the meat filling evenly, so that the filling will be juicy and fragrant

3. Beat the meat filling until the water and filling are completely blended into a meat paste.

4. Wash the chives, drain them, cut them into small pieces and add them to the meat paste. Then add the seasoning in 2 and mix well.

5. The leeks and meat are completely blended, and the dumpling filling is ready.

6. Roll the dough into long strips

7. Cut the dough into pieces of the same size, flatten them with your hands, and roll them into a thick skin in the middle and thin skin on both sides.

8. Add a spoonful of dumpling stuffing and seal from both sides.

9. Put the wrapped dumplings on the chopping board and prepare to cook.

10. Bring the water to a boil, add a little salt, put the dumplings in, boil the water 5 times, and the dumplings are cooked.

11. Serve on a plate and add some vinegar sauce

12. Add a bowl of hot dumpling soup, it is so delicious when the weather is cold
