Tomato Meatball Soup

Method

   Step 1

   Mince the pork, put it in a bowl, add minced ginger, minced garlic, cornstarch, and light soy sauce, and mix well.

   Slice the tomatoes; I used cherry tomatoes here.

   Heat oil in a pan, then add the chopped tomatoes and stir-fry.

   Add a little salt, add water and bring to a boil.

   When the water in the pot boils, turn the heat down to low, add the pre-marinated minced meat and knead into meatballs.

   Add salt and chicken bouillon, then remove from heat.
