   Step 1

   Heat the oil in a wok until it reaches 60% of its maximum temperature.

   Add the washed bok choy, stir-fry briefly, then add a little water around the edge of the pan.

   Once the moisture has evaporated, add salt and chicken bouillon, bring to a boil, and cook for three minutes.

   Serve immediately after plating.
