Cold Lettuce Salad

Method

   Step 1

   Peel the lettuce, wash it, and shred it.

   Step 2

   Put the shredded lettuce in a pot of cold water, add some salt and oil, and blanch.

   Step 3

   Sauce: minced garlic, minced red chili, minced cilantro, salt, light soy sauce, and aged vinegar; finally, drizzle with hot oil.

   Step 4

   Pour the prepared sauce into the shredded lettuce and mix well.
