Fried Enoki Mushrooms

   Step 2

   Remove the roots from the enoki mushrooms and wash them with water.

   Break into small pieces, drain off excess water, and set aside.

   Heat oil in a wok

   Heat the oil to 8 9 of its maximum temperature, then add the enoki mushrooms.

   They're fried until slightly golden brown; fry them a little longer before taking them out of the pan.

   Sprinkle with your favorite seasonings after cooking.
