Classic bread recipe

Many delicious foods can be made by more than just restaurant chefs. You can also do it at home, of course, this requires you to learn it yourself. Here is a recipe for classic bread. Learn it yourself and try making it at home.

1. Weigh the required materials and set aside.

2.121 Knead the dough until it reaches the expansion stage and stretches out into a thin film that is not easy to break. (In my bread machine, just select the kneading program twice). Then let it ferment for 40 minutes until it doubles in size.

3.212 Pour all the main ingredients (except the bean paste) into the bread machine. Reserve a little egg liquid for later use.

4. Deflate the dough, divide it into 6 equal parts, shape it into a round shape, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for about 10-15 minutes.

5. Roll one portion of dough into an oval shape and spread an appropriate amount of bean paste evenly on it.

6. Roll it into a long strip, cut it in half from the middle with the cut facing up, and after rolling it all up, put it into a greased 8-inch cake mold.

7. Place a basin of hot water in the oven for the second fermentation.

8. Allow to ferment for 30-40 minutes until it doubles in size. (My 40 minutes was a bit too long, haha, I was out of shape)

9. Apply the reserved egg liquid.

10. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes until the surface is golden brown. (If you brush too much egg liquid, the color will be darker, but it will still taste good)
