5. Heat the oil in the pot to 70% again, pour the beans into medium-low heat and fry them until they are golden red. The beans will become a little longer than before they were soaked. Fry them for a short time until they turn golden red. Don't fry them too long or they will become mushy. When you scoop them out with a colander and turn them over, the beans will become light and the sound will be very crisp.

6. Put the beans in a plate, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and mix well. They will be crispier after cooling down. Add salt and pepper powder while they are still hot for salt and pepper flavor, and add salt, chili powder and cumin powder for barbecue flavor.
