Beef and vegetable risotto recipe

Health preservation is a state of mind that requires us to start from the most basic level of life, such as diet. Well, now let me introduce how to make beef and vegetable risotto.

1. Dice onions, carrots, beef, green peppers and white mushrooms.

2. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pan, add carrots and onions and stir-fry for a while.

3. Add beef, water, light soy sauce, and beef juice, cover with lid and cook until carrots are 90% cooked.

4. Add green peppers and white mushrooms, stir-fry with a spatula for a few times, and add some salt.
