Garlic Razor Clams

Do you salivate every time you see a food show on TV? But when I wanted to follow along, I found that the show had already ended. Don’t be discouraged. Today I will teach you the specific steps of making garlic-flavored razor clams.

1. Scrub the clams that have spit out the sand repeatedly with light salt water.

2.12 Wash off the dirt on the shell and drain the water for later use.

3.21 Slice the garlic and ginger and set aside. Prepare more garlic.

4. When the oil is hot, add the ginger slices and half of the garlic slices.

5. Stir-fry until the garlic slices turn yellow.

6. Turn on high heat again and add the clams and stir-fry.

7. When the clams start to open, quickly add the other half of the garlic.

8. Add cooking wine and salt and stir-fry until all the clams are open.

Although the garlic-flavored razor clams dish is simple to make, if you have never cooked and don’t understand it, you might as well ask your elders for help. Under the guidance of your elders, you will definitely be able to do better.
