Celery and pork stuffed buns

Celery and pork stuffed buns

If you cook a dish for a hundred people, it will taste a hundred different ways, mainly because of the different cooking methods. But if the method of making a dish is fixed, can you make it taste like a chef? Now, I will teach you how to make celery and pork stuffed buns.

1. Make the dough: Add 5 grams of baking powder to 500 grams of flour and mix well. Dissolve 5 grams of Angel Yeast in 45-degree hot water and pour it into the dough. Add appropriate amount of hot water to knead the dough into a dough (it is better not to get your hands dirty). Cover the kneaded dough and let it ferment (the fermentation time varies according to the temperature). When the dough has fermented about 1.5 to 2 times, it can be made.

2.12 Make the filling: chop pork, celery and onion, and mince ginger for later use. Add the chopped pork to the seasoning and mix well. Then add the celery and onion and mix well (it is best to stir like kneading dough. Never stir in one direction or the stuffing will be hard).

3.21 After the dough has fermented, take it out of the container directly, put it on the chopping board, and cut it in the middle.

4.1 Roll the dough into a slightly thicker skin in the middle.

5.2 Roll it into strips and cut it into dough pieces (you can decide the size yourself). Press it flat with the knife edge downwards.

6.Put the mixed filling in the center of the dough.

7. Start pinching and folding from one end until they are all together.

8. Place the buns evenly in the pot, leaving some space between them.

9. Put cold water in a pot, cover the pot and bring the water to a boil, then steam over high heat for about 15 minutes.

10. After steaming, take out and place on a plate.

11. You can also make pan-fried buns (the method of making buns is the same as before). Put a proper amount of vegetable oil in a pan, place the wrapped buns evenly in the pan (the buns can be relatively small to facilitate maturity), fry over medium heat, and when the bottom of the buns is slightly yellow, add cold water, the water should be about half of the buns, cover the pot until a sizzling sound is heard in the pot, and the buns are ready, pick them out and serve them on a plate.

12. This is what the fried buns look like. They taste delicious.

I believe that after reading the introduction to the recipe of celery and pork buns, you will find that this dish is actually not difficult to make. Of course, it may be difficult for you if you are making it for the first time, but if you try a few more times, you will definitely be able to make the most delicious one.
