How to stir-fry boneless meat

1. Wash the fan bones and soak them for 1 hour, changing the water once or twice in the middle. Put them directly into the pot with cold water, add rice wine, ginger slices and scallion whites, and after boiling, remove the ginger and scallion whites;

2.1 Remove the green onion leaves and the white part of the onion and cut them into horse ear pieces. Cut the thicker part of the purple cabbage near the root into small pieces and slice the carrots.

3.2 Turn to low heat and cook for 1 hour. Turn off the heat when the meat is cooked and tender. Remove from the heat, let it cool, and tear it into small pieces. Cut the crispy bones into small pieces.

4. Heat the pan and add oil. When the oil temperature rises, add carrot slices and purple cabbage cubes and stir-fry for a few times;

5. Then add the chopped green onions and boneless meat, stir fry evenly, add appropriate amount of salt, pour some meat broth, add a few drops of light soy sauce, and stir well;

6. Sprinkle some cumin powder before serving, it tastes delicious.
