1. Soak the lotus seeds in cold water for more than 1 hour until they are soft, then put them into water and cook them (it will only take a few minutes). Take them out and rinse them with cold water for later use.

8. Add the fried pine nuts, salt, thirteen spices and sugar and stir well

9. Then add water starch and stir well
